to get them all on the site with photographs!)
Demute can offer
you a refreshing alternative to the traditional stale selection of local hotels, golf clubs and traditional serviced
offices. On average our venues cost less than half of what the traditional providers and venues cost, in some cases a
quarter of the prices when compared by size.
How can
we offer these great prices?
The owners of
our venues don’t rely on meeting room lettings as their primary source of income, they don’t rely on a high turnover
of bookings and don’t base their price on a prevailing market rate. This means you get the option to book great meeting
spaces at incredibly low prices (i.e. a 12 person boardroom in Wilmslow for only £5 per hour, a 120 seat venue in Stockport
for £2 per person)
What value
do we add?
Most, if not all, of
the venues we promote don’t generally have all of the normal tools of the trade that a more traditional meeting venue
provider would have. When you book through us, we (Demute) can provide WiFi, video and voice conferencing, projectors,
screens, whiteboards, flip charts, lecterns etc. the optional bits and bobs that transform a room with desks and chairs to
a fully functioning meeting room.

broker we can save buyers time, no more searching through guide books, phoning around hotels and waiting for
countless people to come back to you, we can also save buyers and sellers money, unlike other sites we have no expensive sign-up
fees, the service is free to buyers and we only charge a modest mark-up on the sellers usual rate. The mark-up should be covered
by an increase in bookings and, as said above, we actually add value beyond the commission we charge by providing equipment
that would be expensive for our venues to buy.
